Job Summary
As a Remote E-Commerce Customer Business Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our US eCommerce strategy for Chewy and California Pet Pharmacy. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and category leadership for Nutramax products, working closely with key accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote E-Commerce Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth and category leadership
- Managing and building relationships with key eCommerce accounts to deliver annual sales and profit targets
- Providing P&L oversight to maximize profitability and manage selling expenses
- Developing and executing annual sales and marketing plans, budgets, and promotional plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of eCommerce sales and account management experience
- Commercial awareness, marketing, and sales background preferred
- Pet category experience a plus
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience working with Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in English, with a second language helpful
- Working knowledge of eCommerce contracts and web promotion strategies
