Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, web, or written correspondence
- Engaging, consulting, and educating customers on arenaflex plans, tools, and resources to guide them towards better health outcomes
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
- Building trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
- Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a second or third shift schedule
