Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will provide top-notch support to our customers, answering and making phone calls, resolving issues, and providing information on company policies. You will also work closely with our retail sales representatives, market leadership, and Customer Relations leadership to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and concerns according to department standards
- Utilize internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history
- Collaborate with teammates to provide multi-level support and resolve customer concerns
- Adapt to changing priorities and needs, with a high level of critical thinking and discretion
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong proficiency in various computer applications and software required
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Adeptness in navigating operating systems, productivity tools, and software relevant to the role (Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office) preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
