The Mission

As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system. Your expertise and compassion will empower individuals to take control of their health, and your passion for helping others will make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to 50-70 individuals daily, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Navigate complex healthcare systems, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Utilize your knowledge and people skills to find solutions and make a positive impact on customers' lives
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to ensure exceptional service and support

Requirements

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Proficiency in web-based systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 mbs download and 50 mbs upload
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare or insurance experience, with knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans

  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
