About the Role
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will:
- Engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $13.00
- 25-39 hours per week, with a variety of shifts (day, evening, and night)
