Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment
• Operating cash registers and handling customer payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Examining product prices, scanning items, collecting payments, and dispensing accurate change amounts
• Furnishing proof of transaction, reimbursements, entry tickets, and currency exchange as needed
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns by providing relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and offering solutions to their problems
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout counter area at all times
• Monitoring transactions recorded on balance sheets and alerting management of any discrepancies or inconsistencies

Requirements and Qualifications
