Role Purpose
The Customer Experience Specialist role is a crucial part of our team, aiming to assist, delight, and reward our customers. Our goal is to retain and acquire customers by providing exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our vision.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing first-line response and timely resolution to customer inquiries via email and telephone
* Proactively identifying patterns or trends to improve our processes and services
* Continually learning and developing knowledge of our treatments and services to better serve our customers
* Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs
Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce experience is a plus)
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills
* Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Customer-centric, enthusiastic, and willing to take on additional tasks
* Adequate uninterrupted working space at home
* Bonus points for having your own cat or dog!

Shift Pattern
Monday to Thursday/Friday, 16-20 hours per week, 10 am-2 pm daily. Salary displayed FTE (full-time equivalent) per annum, pro-rata to hours worked.
