Job Summary
As a part-time customer support representative - chat at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our automotive dealer clients. You will engage with customers via online chat, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics. Responsibilities
As a part-time customer support representative - chat, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via online chat, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner
- Managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge, adapting to changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with strong multitasking abilities (gaming experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
