Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to Incoming Customer Calls: Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Booking Appointments: Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining Excellent Communication Skills: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Identifying and Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems.
- Adapting to Changing Guidelines and Procedures: Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. Equivalent: A high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Pass a Background Check: The ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute: The ability to type at least 25 words per minute and navigate multiple software systems.
- Experience in Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements.
