Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services, assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
