About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing legendary customer service, driving sales, and supporting our retail operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers
- Driving sales through active selling, product knowledge, and guidance
- Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and executing cash handling procedures
- Supporting inventory and order fulfillment, including receiving and processing merchandise
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and building relationships

Requirements
* Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, and enjoyment of working with the public
- Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
- Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management principles
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on serving a diverse customer base
