Responsibilities:
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
- Following communication scripts, identifying customers' needs, and providing solutions and alternatives
- Performing data entry, accessing company resources, and navigating online platforms efficiently
- Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
- 1+ year of call center or office background experience
- Technical savvy and ability to work independently
- Previous remote work experience a plus
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
- Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with state and federal laws
What We Offer:

- Competitive starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
- Paid training: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
- Full-time, 40-hour schedule, with rotating weekends
