Job Overview:
As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, cargo, and mail at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Key Responsibilities:
As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
- Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
- Operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
- Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to our airline partners and their customers
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
To be successful as a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
