Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless prescription coverage for patients. You will be responsible for managing incoming faxes and phone calls, verifying patient information, and proactively following up with providers to obtain missing data. If you're a motivated and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process incoming faxes from healthcare providers, patients, and medications

• Verify accuracy of patient information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
• Proactively follow up with providers to obtain missing data
• Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage
• Handle approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing fax and phone communications efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Residency in Massachusetts (required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, for example)
