About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service & Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections and provide knowledgeable answers to their queries. You will work closely with your managers to receive feedback and coaching, and utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure that you are always prepared to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service & Payment Collection Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections and provide excellent customer service
- Keeping in touch with managers to receive feedback and coaching on performance
- Providing customers with knowledgeable answers to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure that you are always prepared to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
- GED or High School Diploma
- Ability to type quickly and accurately on a standard keyboard
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
