Position Overview As an Independent Travel Advisor, you will manage your own travel business under the AdventurUS Travel brand while receiving ongoing support, training opportunities, supplier relationships, and a collaborative community. This role is ideal for experienced agents ready to grow their sales, strengthen client relationships, and thrive within a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from inquiry through travel completion
• Design customized travel experiences including honeymoons, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, tours, and FIT travel
• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences
• Research destinations, suppliers, and travel options
• Create quotes, itineraries, and proposals
• Book travel components including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, insurance, and excursions
• Provide pre-travel guidance and ongoing client support
• Market yourself and grow your personal client base through social media, networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Maintain professional communication and high customer service standards
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and destination knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative agency initiatives

• Have previous travel agent experience (required)

Independent Contractor Status This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Advisors operate as independent business owners responsible for managing their schedules, marketing efforts, and client acquisition while working under the AdventurUS Travel LLC host agency structure.
