Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor
Job Summary Lurnor is a modern continuing education platform designed to simplify licensing and compliance for real estate professionals. We’re seeking experienced Real Estate Continuing Education Instructors to support licensees enrolled in Nevada real estate CE courses delivered through the Lurnor platform. In this paid remote position, instructors primarily answer student questions submitted through the platform’s messaging system and help ensure students receive accurate, professional, and timely guidance while completing their coursework. Lurnor courses are designed to be engaging, mobile-friendly, self-paced, and state compliant. Our platform emphasizes clarity, accessibility, and reducing the friction commonly associated with continuing education. This role is ideal for professionals who are knowledgeable, responsive, comfortable with technology, and passionate about helping real estate professionals succeed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to student questions submitted through the Lurnor instructor messaging system within required response timeframes
- Provide accurate guidance related to course material, Nevada real estate practices, and applicable regulations
- Support student understanding while maintaining compliance with Nevada continuing education standards
- Review and communicate educational concepts clearly to adult learners with varying levels of experience
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all student interactions
- Stay informed on updates to Nevada real estate law, licensing requirements, and continuing education standards
- Collaborate with the Lurnor team regarding quality, feedback, and compliance considerations
- Utilize online learning and communication tools effectively within a fully digital learning environment
Qualifications
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field plus two years of full-time professional experience in the subject area
- At least six years of full-time professional experience in the subject area
- At least three years of full-time professional experience plus 75 hours of recent teaching experience
Applicants must also meet all of the following requirements:
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with adult learners
- Comfortable using online platforms, messaging systems, and digital learning tools
- Stable and reliable internet access
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
- No history of real estate disciplinary action, real estate law violations, or unprofessional conduct
Preferred Qualifications
- Active or prior real estate license
- Experience teaching continuing education or professional development courses
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or LMS systems
- Experience supporting adult learners in remote or asynchronous environments
