Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and organizing vacation plans
- Coordinate arrangements including cruises, resorts, accommodations, and vacation packages
- Provide destination information and itinerary guidance
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow company procedures and industry standards
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions
