Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virtual Nurse (VN) – Full-time WFH to join their team. Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care by determining the predictable health status and health needs of patients through interpretation of health data and preventive practice in a virtual setting. The Virtual LPN supports the efforts of on-site staff to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies care compliance and/or knowledge deficits; delivers appropriate, evidence-based information pertaining to medical conditions, procedures and services; provides guidance to applicable resources

Requirements
- Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License
- At least 3-5 years of recent acute care experience, telehealth preferred
- Current BLS Certification Required
