Strategic Planning, Governance, Policy Consultant
Job Description:
- Support executive decision-making, governance design, strategic alignment, and policy-informed implementation across complex federal initiatives.
- Help clients connect mission priorities to practical structures, decisions, and actions.
- Shape governance models, facilitate executive discussions, and produce decision-support materials.
- Design or refine governance structures, decision forums, roles, and accountability mechanisms.
- Conduct policy, organizational, and operational analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Facilitate executive workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings.
- Develop strategic briefs, decision memos, recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Help align strategy, governance, and implementation structures.
- Support clients in clarifying priorities and creating structure in ambiguous environments.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the US
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-12+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, policy analysis, organizational planning, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Experience supporting decision-making in multi-stakeholder environments.
