We're scaling and adding more in the run up to the 2020 elections. You can check out some of our clients here!Who We’re SeekingWe are looking for a Graphic Designer with killer creative instincts. You will get to flex your skills designing a wide variety of merchandise and marketing materials, as well as social assets. You will get to see your art and vision come to life on a regular basis. We’re a small team, so you will have a vital hand in our growth during a critical juncture.Your RoleDesigning or illustrating original art for our clients' merchandise — this could include designing for high-profile political figures with the ability to spread your creations far and widePrepping designs and graphics for our printers or manufacturersCreating graphics for each of our clients' Ecommerce storesCapturing and creating content for our clients' social and email channelsOur Ideal CandidateA degree in Graphic Design or related major2-3 years working in designClear understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and general designFinger on the pulse of current trends in digital design, fashion, and retail communitiesA self-starter – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do. You are constantly looking for inspiration and bringing new creative ideas to the tableYou aren't afraid of a little ambiguity and you thrive in a fast-paced environmentA great communicator and are able to explain your vision to non-designersExpert level Illustrator and Photoshop skillsExperience designing for apparel or other products – you have a working understanding of screen printingPassionate about progressive causes and social good. You're well acquainted with the #Resistance and have probably made a very witty poster for a march in the last two yearsA strong desire for the world to be a better designed placeThis is a part-time/freelance position. We’re looking for someone who can dedicate 10-15 hours a week during fairly regular time slots.
