Bilingual Call Center Agent (English/French Canadian)

About the Role

As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will provide inbound and outbound phone support, along with chat support, for dealership partners using an auction platform. Agents will assist dealers with account setup, User ID registration, enrollment processes, and application workflows while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism. This role also supports dealer inquiries involving disputes, transportation coordination, and title assistance, ensuring concerns are resolved efficiently or escalated to the appropriate department when needed. What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and French Canadian
  • Provide chat support to dealership partners
  • Assist dealers with User ID registration, enrollment, and account application workflows
  • Support dealer inquiries related to disputes, transportation, and title assistance
  • Route escalations to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable support that builds confidence in the platform
  • Accurately document customer interactions across multiple systems
  • Maintain productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and French Canadian, both verbal and written (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience in inbound/outbound call centers, chat support, or technical support roles
  • Prior sales experience preferred, ideally within B2B or automotive environments
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ask effective clarifying questions and resolve complex issues
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and platforms
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Advanced typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Strong grammar and written communication in English and French Canadian
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and program updates
  • Strong independent work ethic while also collaborating effectively within a team
