Job Responsibilities
As a Remote arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
- Assist customers with booking, flight changes, and other travel-related inquiries
- Document and update customer records in the system, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements
* Reside in the state of Georgia
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
