Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our online community members via online chat, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Share interesting and relevant content to engage our community members and promote community growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve community growth and engagement goals, and contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in comprehensive training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in online community management and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and online chat
  • Familiarity with Facebook groups and online community platforms, with a strong understanding of their features and functionality
  • Reliability, dependability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • A strong passion for building online communities and providing exceptional support, with a desire to learn and grow in this field
