Job Overview:
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate. As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling sales calls and converting them into scheduled cleaning services, with a focus on meeting weekly sales targets
- Building and maintaining sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
- Overseeing initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
- Following up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service
- Ensuring client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
- Conducting digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
- Supporting the Employee Engagement Manager when needed
