Available Shifts
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, with the following available shifts:
- Schedule A: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Schedule B: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Schedule C: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and booking incoming calls, emails, and other requests, projecting a professional and memorable image to customers
- Making outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers, maximizing dispatch board capacity
- Selling services to consumers, de-escalating situations, and offering patient assistance and support
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating company sites, or using products and services
- Reviewing customer accounts, providing updates and information on billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
- Collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service and train new employees
- Preparing call performance reports and managing call performance, maintaining a database of customer interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication, written and verbal, with active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills, with a patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, computer literacy, and phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- Expertise in customer service, with the ability to speak multiple languages (desired)
Compensation and Benefits
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- Starting base pay: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on schedule and role
- Overtime available, with weekly pay and paid time off (accruing immediately)
- 7 paid federal holidays, 1 floating holiday, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance (starting on Day 1)
