As a Remote Sales Assistant & Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing personalized service, customizing travel packages, and maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Assistant & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Processing payments on behalf of clients and providing necessary documents before and after travel
- Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
- Working collaboratively in a team setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States
- Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Computer and internet knowledge, with personal travel experience considered an advantage
