Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, and documenting and escalating issues as needed
  • Tracking cases to resolution and providing timely updates to customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Processing basic payments, refunds, or account changes, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to deliver informed and effective support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues with clarity
  • Fast typing skills and strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided to ensure your success in this role
