Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, order tracking, and resolving order-related issues with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Providing accurate and detailed product information, including features, specifications, pricing, and availability to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Guiding customers through the returns and refunds process, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Offering technical assistance and troubleshooting issues with products or services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assisting customers with payment-related inquiries, billing issues, and payment processing errors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Informing customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Providing updates on order status, shipping, and delivery to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Cross-selling and upselling relevant products based on customer needs and preferences to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Encouraging customers to leave feedback and reviews, and reporting valuable insights to relevant departments to inform business decisions and drive improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or customer support

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
