Job Summary
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Customers: You'll work closely with customers to address their concerns, provide support, and resolve issues related to our healthcare products and services.
- Documenting Call-Related Information: You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call-related information, for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Maintaining Customer Information: You'll update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Upselling Current Customers: You'll identify opportunities to upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, helping them to get the most out of our products and services.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
