Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance customer interactions and support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet connection
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
