Essential Functions:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceptional
- Processing orders and special requests with precision and attention to detail
- Meeting and exceeding customer needs, whether it's through resolving issues or providing recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, including our extensive range of wood and Deco-form product lines
- Utilizing our custom order entry system to place orders and process credits
- Processing specialty item action items and special pricing requests with ease
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, including doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, French lites, drawer boxes, moldings, and accessory items
- Familiarity with our Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line and basic specialty items
- Proficiency in our system requirements, including custom order entry, CRM, email, shipping, and Anytime
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- College graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Familiarity with the home decor industry and our product lines is a plus
