What You'll Do

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and professional phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. Your tasks will include:

  • Troubleshooting sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and other common concerns.
  • Sharing links to relevant arenaflex support articles to guide customers to quick solutions.
  • Keeping your PC optimized for smooth operations and taking ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional tone – even during high-demand periods.

Perks & Pay Structure

* Pay-per-Talk-Time: $0.34–$0.40/minute (average $17–$19/hour).

  • Top Performer Bonus: Extra extra during Surge hours!
  • Training Bonus: Training is unpaid but you'll get $200 for completing training on time & working on Tax Day.
