Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Remote Email Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and chat. This position offers the flexibility to work either in our office or remotely, depending on your preference.
Responsibilities
As an Office or Remote Email Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via email and chat
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Key Qualifications
