Your Day-to-Day
As a Chat-Based Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, helping users navigate our platform through live chat conversations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing live customer chat conversations through our internal system, using structured response templates and an internal knowledge base to ensure accurate and consistent replies.
- Troubleshooting account and access issues using approved messaging and tools, and escalating technical or complex questions when necessary.
- Processing simple updates, such as pausing accounts or applying discount codes, to provide seamless support to our users.
- Documenting all interactions clearly for team records, ensuring that our knowledge base remains up-to-date and accurate.

Pay and Schedule Details
