Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and participants
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
- Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Complete tasks and studies using your laptop, smartphone, or other mobile device
- Maintain a stable internet connection and webcam for video conferencing and study participation
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available
