Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Answer Team, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively, providing creative solutions and alternatives when necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior call center experience, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies, preferred but not required, as we provide training and support to help you grow in this area.
