About the Role
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers of our clients through inbound calls and chat. You'll have the opportunity to work with leading technologies and systems, while being supported by a dedicated team of leaders and peers. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent weekly anchor shift with flexible opportunities to add more hours.
Work Schedule
Our Part-Time Customer Care Representatives work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Mandatory Shift: 8 hours every Monday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact shift to be scheduled)
- Optional Hours: Up to 12 additional hours can be scheduled throughout the week (Tuesday to Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on your availability and business needs

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Communication and Active Listening Skills: Effectively handle customer calls of varying types, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice
- Attention to Detail: Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient issue resolution
- High School Diploma or GED: A plus if you have an Associate's degree
- Basic PC Skills: Familiarity with a PC and strong keyboard skills
- Basic MS Office Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Requirements to Work from Home
To ensure a seamless and secure work experience, you'll need:
- Excellent Internet Connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- Hardwired Internet Connection: A wired internet connection is required; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- Quiet and Distraction-Free Workspace: A secure and private space to work
