Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Providing attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications

- Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
