Key Responsibilities

As a Life and Health Insurance Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Selling and servicing life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and achieving performance goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Life and Health Insurance Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting sales targets and performance goals.
  • Strong knowledge of life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products and services.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Certification in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance, such as CLU or CHFC.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, English, or other languages spoken by our client base.
