Job Summary

As a Customer Benefits Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients through various channels to provide exceptional service, product knowledge, and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
  • Providing product information, demonstrations, and training to clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance to clients

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay informed about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
