Position Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for online visitors, assisting with product inquiries, order support, and general customer service through live chat. This role is ideal for someone who's tech-savvy, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You'll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status
  • Assist customers with placing orders, returns, and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Shipping, Tech Support) to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers
  • Log customer interactions and follow established support procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company news to provide informed assistance to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Work closely with the customer experience team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support preferred

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with automotive or off-road products is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
