Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Data AI Platforms to join our team. As a key member of our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients. Your role will be to provide technical leadership to our enterprise customers globally, ensuring their IT environments are optimized and healthy by offering consultative guidance, risk assessments, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Data AI Platform Management: Assist clients in deploying and managing solutions using platforms like Foundry, Data Factory, Data Lake, and DataBricks.

  • Machine Learning Implementation: Develop and implement ML models to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Azure SQL & Storage Solutions: Design and manage Azure SQL databases and storage solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Microsoft Fabric - Data Engineering: Utilize Microsoft Fabric to optimize data lifecycle and integration processes.
  • Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to enhance their data and AI capabilities.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize data workflows and processes for efficient data management.
  • Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Advocacy: Promote best practices in data management and AI, guiding clients to adopt modern technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

Extensive experience

with data platforms such as Data Factory, Data Lake, DataBricks, and Azure SQL.

Strong understanding

of machine learning concepts and implementation.

Proven experience

with Microsoft Fabric and data engineering tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills

to manage complex technical challenges.

Strong communication and customer service skills

.

Education

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Competitive base salary range: $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
