The Role

As a Customer Success Architect, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and employee engagement in Tokyo, Japan. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing and executing customer success strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships: Foster deep connections with customers, understanding their challenges and opportunities, and providing expert guidance and support.

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Japanese: Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese is required.

  • Customer Success Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and employee engagement in a customer-facing role.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Strong understanding of security awareness and training principles, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to customer challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer success, marketing, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Customer Success or Security Awareness: Hold certifications such as CSIA, CSM, or CISSP to demonstrate expertise in customer success and security awareness.
  • Experience with arenaflex Solutions: Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of Japanese Culture and Business Practices: Understanding of Japanese business culture, customs, and practices to effectively navigate the local market.
