Experienced Customer Happiness Team Agent – Seasonal Wine Industry Expert

We're seeking experienced Customer Happiness Team Agents to join our team on a seasonal basis, from September 2025 to February 2026. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and turning tricky situations into great experiences.

Your Role
As a Customer Happiness Team Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and turning tricky situations into great experiences
- Maintaining a fast-paced contact center environment, with a goal of 64 interactions per shift
- Achieving 90% or higher 5-star customer ratings
- Utilizing verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Being reliable and consistently showing up for your shift on time, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Comfortable working on the phone and computer for extended periods
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, people, and wine. If you're a natural problem-solver, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with technology, multitasking, and fast-paced work, we want to hear from you. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center-like environment, is a plus. We're also looking for individuals who are:
- Exceptional verbal and written communicators
- Natural helpers who go above and beyond to resolve issues
- Comfortable with change and new processes in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about wine or interested in learning more about it
- Smart but humble, with a willingness to learn and grow
- 21 years of age or older (we're in the wine business after all!)
- Eligible to work in the US, with no employer-sponsored work visa available for this role
- Able to work either a Tuesday-Saturday shift or Sunday-Thursday, with set hours of 8-5 PST on weekends and 9-6 PST on weekdays
- Residing in KS, CA, or CO (for payroll tax purposes)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $18.81/hour
- Fully remote position, with all equipment provided
- Up to $280/month in performance bonuses
- 48 hours of sick time
- Wine allowance - $50 a month towards your account

The Hiring Process
Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and effective. We'll be using a one-way video screen, followed by a video interview with our hiring managers. If we're a good match, we'll extend an offer to join our team.
