Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service and product knowledge to existing and prospective clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and expert advice to clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including benefits and risk management
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
