Key Responsibilities:

As a Telemarketing Social Media Agent – Customer Care, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers across social media platforms, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Maintaining a positive online presence, fostering community engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging and support

  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective solutions

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Telemarketing Social Media Agent – Customer Care, you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations.

Contract Length and Rate:

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection

  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
