Job Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound application calls from potential new customers and utilizing effective sales/negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees.
- Gathering information and entering data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
- Advising and educating applicants on information regarding their specific application.
- Delivering the best possible experience with every contact, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Training and Development:

Compensation and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Base wage starting at $17-$18.90/hr. with opportunities to increase take-home pay.
- Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives, providing additional earning potential.
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay.
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours.
- Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential.
