Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Admin Assistant & Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and performing administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
