Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online
  • Matching the perfect product to the client's needs, using your knowledge and expertise
  • Building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Completing training and onboarding process (approximately 10-15 hours) to learn our products and services
  • Working independently with light support as needed
  • Meeting sales targets and performance metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with light support as needed
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the flower or gift industry

  • Strong sales background and track record of meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
